Can we get the RAW or unedited versions of our photos or videos?We totally understand the curiosity around RAW or unedited content—it’s exciting to see everything that was captured! That said, we have a firm policy of only delivering fully edited, finished work. We do this to ensure that everything you receive reflects the highest quality and care we put into every project. The editing process is where the magic happens: it’s how we shape the colors, lighting, pacing, and overall feel to truly tell your story the way it deserves to be told. Unedited files often don’t represent our standard or the full vision we’ve promised you. Our goal is always to deliver work that’s beautiful, complete, and true to the moment. How will I receive my photos and videos?Once your final payment is complete, your fully edited photos and videos will be available for download through the Delivery page on our website. You’ll be able to save everything directly to your phone, computer, or any other device. Your files will remain accessible online for 30 days. We strongly recommend downloading and backing them up within that time. After 30 days, retrieving files from our archive will require a small retrieval fee. All of our packages include digital delivery as the standard. If you’re interested in physical prints or blu-rays, we’re happy to help. Pricing depends on the medium, size, and quantity of physical media you’d like. Just reach out and we’ll go over the options together to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Our media didn’t turn out the way we hoped—can you fix them?We want you to be happy with our product. If something doesn’t look right, just let us know within 24 hours of receiving your final delivery. We offer free adjustments during that time to help make sure everything feels just right. These adjustments cover small fixes like color corrections, light retouching, or anything that doesn’t match what we originally discussed. Big changes—like removing people, changing someone’s appearance, or replacing backgrounds—is not something we offer. We always will do our best to make sure you’re happy. We care about your experience and are here to make sure your memories look their best while staying true to our style and standards.

I printed the photos you sent, but they don’t look as good as they did on my phone or computer. Why is that?The truth is, photos almost always look different when printed versus how they appear on a screen. Screens are backlit, which makes colors look brighter and more vibrant. Printing quality varies depending on things such as the printer used, paper quality, ink type, and even the size of the print—all of which can affect the final look. We provide high-resolution files that are perfect for digital viewing and social sharing, but we can’t guarantee the quality of prints made through outside services. These prints often won’t match the color accuracy, sharpness, or overall quality that we deliver when we manage the printing ourselves. For the best possible results, we recommend using our professional print services. We carefully handle every step of the process to make sure your photos look exactly as they should—crisp, vibrant, and true to the moment. If you’d like to order prints, just let us know.
